FAQ
How do tickets work? What do I get?
With the purchase of your ticket to Food Street, you will to sample from five vendors of your choosing at the event. Additional sample tickets will be sold at the tickets table.
Can I share my ticket with someone else?
Yes, you actually can! You get five samples with one ticket. So if you want to share those sample with another person, or have kids share them, go for it!
Where does ticket money go to?
The majority of ticket revenue for this event will go directly back to the vendors to cover their food costs, time, and efforts. A small allocation of ticket revenue will cover compostable paper products, printing, and other planning costs. Net proceeds will be donated to Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
Is this an all ages event?
Yes, all ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Food Street Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in this event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the consumption of food and beverages, exposure to potential allergens, slips and falls, and risks associated with outdoor events and public gatherings. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your attendance and participation. -
Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to attend and participate, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, participating vendors, sponsors, property owners, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities for injury, illness (including foodborne illness), death, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Released Parties. -
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Menu items served by participating vendors may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, soy, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, and sesame. The event and its vendors are unable to accommodate or customize food for specific dietary restrictions or preferences. Health & Safety
You agree not to attend the event if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. You agree to follow all event rules, signage, and directions from staff to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. -
Photography & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and/or voice to be captured in photos, video, or audio recordings taken during the event and used by event organizers or partners for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation. -
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event.
