As mental health is growing health concern in our communities of color, it is important for the South Atlantic Region(SAR) to bring effective and appropriate mental health training, awareness and resources to our chapters and the communities that we serve.  MHFA is an evidence-based training curriculum for educating communities about mental health.  It is the initial help offered to a person developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Ticket price includes, continental breakfast, boxed lunch and afternoon snack, as well as all training materials.
